Anthony Chillino
Managing Director
Commencing my career in 1997, I have worked in various locations throughout Western Australia and the Eastern States, in both metropolitan and regional areas, progressing through various roles including Contract-Administration, Estimating, Supervision, Project Management, and Construction Management. I am also an elected member of the Construction Council of the Master Builders of Western Australia.

At REAL I am responsible for managing the company’s day to day operations including office administration, IT and financial reporting. I bring my building experience to REAL’s technical team .
Steve Davis
Commencing in the construction industry in 2004, I worked as a Quantity Surveyor for hospitality and retail clients in the UK. My passion for the refurbishment sector developed whilst working for a contractor on Heritage renovations and Aged Care facilities. My eclectic experience ranges from new build construction and fit out works to Heritage façade retention.
At REAL I am responsible for Business Development and the Commercial Management of the Company.
As an advocate for accessibility in the Built Environment, I volunteer on the property committee of a local NDIS service provider. This has led to REAL becoming a registered NDIS provider of Home Modification.
