Our management team has extensive experience in the Disability Services sector including the delivery of Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA). We bring this knowledge to the Home Modifications Sector, offering a professional client focused service.

We are a registered Home Modifications Provider and work closely with participants' plan management and occupational therapy team to deliver home modifications that address their specific needs.

We offer a range of services tailored to the 3 NDIS Home Modification categories:

Simple Home Modification – Including the installation of grab rails and shower seats.

Minor Home Modifications – Works that are non-structural in nature, for example, door widening in non-structural walls which professional support is required to identify, plan and deliver.

Complex Home Modifications (CHM) – modifications involving structural alterations, such as bathroom and kitchen reconfigurations and access modifications.

• Access Modifications – Ramps, Handrails, Balustrade, Lifts, Ceiling Hoists, Internal and External level access alterations, grab rails, widening openings, flooring and tiling modifications.

• Bathroom and Ensuite Alterations – Shower seats, accessible fixtures and fittings, reconfiguration to provide fully accessible bathrooms.

• Home Automation – Door and Blind automation, Lighting, Heating and Cooling controls, UPS Battery Backup and Nurse Call systems.

• Kitchen and Laundry Alterations – Adjustable and wheelchair accessible benchtops and cabinets, accessible fixtures and appliances, replacement and relocation of lighting and power supplies, Reconfiguration to provide fully accessible kitchens.
